Milfoil — Light, Space & Architectural Detail

Project Overview
This project was a full strip-out renovation, completely reworked to open up the space and improve how it’s used day to day.
Designed around a drop-down family table, full-length window and integrated pocket door system, the layout balances everyday function with the ability to close things off when needed.
A new window was introduced as part of the build, bringing natural light deep into the space and becoming a defining feature of the kitchen. Cabinetry was carefully measured and built into the window and bulkhead, with clean shadow lines creating a seamless, architectural finish.
The curved island, finished in two-pack scalloped panels, adds a strong focal point, complemented by warm timber elements and refined detailing throughout. This continues into the custom TV cabinet, creating a consistent, connected finish across the space.
Brushed brass accents tie everything together across trims, handles, lighting and tapware, while fully integrated appliances keep the kitchen clean, minimal and uncluttered.
A complete transformation from start to finish — one we’re proud to put our name on.
